Stefano graduated with an Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. He is also a JIPM Master having graduated in Tokyo with the JIPM Institute.

Prior to joining EFESO Management Consultants in 2000 Stefano started his career with Alcan-Pechiney in roles including Plant Management and Industrial Director.

Since joining EFESO he has supported major clients in the Services, FMCG, Automotive, Luxury and Textile industry on their (international) excellence journeys from design through to implementation.

In all these assignments he has helped these clients achieve significant results through deployment of World Class methodologies and approaches.
