Zuzana Halasova joined ROI-EFESO in 2018 and holds the role of an Expert Director in Human Dynamics. Her consulting focus centers on supporting and developing leaders at all levels, as well as driving transformation and organizational development.

Over the past 25 years, she has gained experience across various industries in Europe working on products and services implementations, process excellence and change acceleration.

She holds a Master’s degree in organizational psychology and is certified as a systemical organizational developer, Net Promoter Score expert, lean leader, and Six Sigma black belt.
