The ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management system demonstrates EFESO’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. It also shows our will to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The quality management system through ISO 9001:2015 standard contributes to 4 of the sustainable development goals established by the United Nations, among them Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure; and Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.
