Michele has 25 years’ experience in consultancy. Initially, his focus was mainly on Quality with a cross functional perspective on improving performance throughout organizations; after several experiences in Operational Excellence projects both for medium size Italian companies and multinational companies, he moved into innovation management.

He now has dual focus on both “Product Excellence”, which includes portfolio, product and complexity management and on Product Development Process Excellence, which covers target setting to lean - agile development culture and process implementation.

A deep interest in and a good aptitude for Human Dynamics complete Michele’s profile and allows him to support the growth of customer teams toward a “High Performing Team” vision.

Currently, Michele works with several companies mainly in the Food and domestic appliance Industries and with Design and Engineering to Order companies.

He is currently active as Vice President of EFESO Management Consultants

Having just graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Michele managed the Quality Department of an leading Italian company in the construction machines field; subsequently, before joining EFESO in 2015, he worked several years for a Japanese consulting firm, becoming CEO between 2007 and 2015.
